Alexa Assistant doesnt show

Hi there 

I bought a Samsung 65" q95T TV and im trying to set up alexa but it only have bixby it doesn't show neither alexa or google assistant, I already installed the latest software but no luck and i cant connect to smart things too it gives me always the error 04-200 cant connect 

if someone could help it would be great

@Nunof12  Alexa is built in to the Q95T.   https://www.samsung.com/uk/tvs/qled-tv/q95t-65-inch-qled-4k-smart-tv-qe65q95tatxxu/     You need to sign into Amazon on a connected phone first either QR code or sign in page, on this model you should be able to enable voice wake up. Detailed in the link @xSteveuk  posted.

With Smart Things  you may need to remove Tv from  app if it has been found , restart Devices and try again. Otherwise restart, possibly you may need to reset router if still problems.   Some information here https://www.samsung.com//support/troubleshooting/Smart Things

Hi sorry for the late reply i was away from home 

so i already logged in my Amazon account and registered the device and i still dont have the alexa assistant or google assistant only bixby, i live in portugal i dont know if that matters bu at least google should be working
