Samsung frame TV has always had Bluetooth volume control up until an auto update, now the audio still plays through the ceiling speakers but will not adjust the volume with the TV remote. The TV displays volume level and shows the NS-STR514 volume as if it’s adjusting but only changes if I use the sound system remote. Is there a new update to fix this or will a factory reset or PSID reset fix it?
I’m using a Yamaha NS-STR514 stereo receiver with Bluetooth audio.
