Hi, I have a new TC which has worked fine fir a couple of months. Now I notice that ads have popped up on the start menu and the tv wants to okay only Rakuten tv.
The icon/cursor always defaults to these ads, usually Rakuten TV and crashes everything else. I can select a programme in another app, it goes to load, screen goes black, crashes and then starts playing family moves on Rakuten.
A how do I remove these ads?
B can I remove Rakuten TV, if not, can U just stop these awful family movies from playing?
The software is up to date. Model UE43tu7172uxxh
Ive paid for my TV, this isn’t a free service so why the rubbish advertising/hijacking?
