Ads - menu bar ads with smart tv settings off

Just bought a 2020 model Samsung TV. It’ll be the last until they remove the menu bar advertisements completely.

In addition to the domains in the link I also suggest adding these two to the blacklist:

tvx.adgrx.com

d37ju0xanoz6gh.cloudfront.net

Note that some apps will stop working if you block all the domains listed in the link.

Couldn't agree more. It's like I'm renting not buying. Never again.

I started blocking domains 18 months ago and Samsung simply started using different domains to post their ads.     Best way to combat this problem is to NEVER buy another Samsung product.

I’m getting ready to replace my primary tv and it WILL NOT be a Samsung.   Looking at Sony A8J or the LG Gallery series.

I currently own 3 Samsung TVs….but never again!
