Absolute Radio app

I cannot get any sound from the Absolute Radio App. 

App opens ok and shows all the stations and songs playing but no sound. 

All the other Smart TV apps work fine such as Spotify, iPlayer 

any ideas?

Could you confirm the model code and software version of your TV? Go to Home > Settings > Support > About This TV, or for older TV's it's, Menu > Support > Contact Samsung.

I have a brand new series 4. Software is up to date . I have downloaded the absolute radio app - dated 2016!!! Doesn’t update when installed . App will open but will not play music !!!
