I have 43nu7400 model TV. I noticed that after the 1290.4 firmware update (I think it was in November 2019), my TV's interface slowed down. Tv's menu, sliding text, fast-moving images and objects were intermittent (not smooth) on all inputs which I used (satellite broadcasts, youtube and netflix). I tried to downgrade the old firmware but it's impossible. Samsung does not allow to go back to the old firmware. All you have to do is wait for and install new firmware updates. Even though the last 1294.1 firmware is better than the previous two 129X versions, it's still not good enough. Has anyone else experienced this problem and have suggestions?
