Hi Anyone have a email for complaints?

8K TV failed just over 2 years old, £1200 Quote to repair samsung said all the right things to begin with I've had no less than ten interactions with the aftersals team but won't repair it so offere me a voucher, but it's been 3 weeks still never recieved it, I've always been an advocate for the brand but seriously questioning my loyalty at the minute.

It's weird you'd get a voucher after 2 years if no warranty?
What's their explanation for it taking so long, as they can email it in seconds

My tv was still in warranty. You must be good at negotiating.
