The smart hub on my series 6 55" stops working. It does not recognize the cable input into HDMI 4. This is the third time it has happened in the last 2 months and the TV has about 100 hours on it. I have updated the software and reset the hub, unplugged the hub from the TV , unplugged the TV and plugged them back in and it still does not work. Getting tired of having to mess with this as my TV is mounted high on a wall over the fireplace and is not easy to get to wiring and plugs. This TV has been a disappointment.
