50Q60T distorted sound from speakers, similar to bubbling water, at low volume

Hi everyone, 

Did somebody noticed a weird noise coming from the speakers at lower volume?  Randomly, my TV tends to make a very weak noise similar to bubbling water, regardless the source or input. Not always, but sometimes. I am wondering what can it be or what it might produce the effect. It is not a big issue for me, but I just wonder if anyone has this issue also.

I think we both know, that this isn’t going to work. 
Have you told them that others are having the same problem? 
have they acknowledged it?

I did but all they said is we know what the problem is and that should resolve it.

I know a way of getting rid of the noise but I believe it affects the overall quality (although it might be me being paranoid and it doesn't affect it)
Switch off the TV. press INFO, SETTINGS, MUTE and switch on the TV. In that order. That will take you to the TV advanced settings. Choose control/sound/and then turn sound eq off. It works for me but as I said I think it affects the quality.

I received the usb and it has sorted the problem.

That’s good news! 
They said it would take up to 28 days for it to arrive. Fingers crossed! Although, I’d be surprised if it did work. My sound was appalling last night. Worse than ever.

Try what I said before about the settings. That definitely improved it although it didn't resolve it 100%

I messaged them via Facebook messenger. 
seems to be working so far. 
They should stop selling the tv until the problem is fixed!
