Hi,

i recently bought the Au7100 50" model tv, but looks liek there is a problem as it takes time to change after pressing any button on the remote. like i press on the home button then i may need to wait atleast 10-15 seconds for it to happen on TV...so is there is a problem or its normal with this model. the response is quite slow whenever i press any button on remote and the effect on tv.

please help

Hi @james25179 ,

Did you get two remotes with your TV? If so, is it the same response time for both? Does the same thing happen even if the remote is pointed a few inches away at the TV's power light?

And just to check: have you tried different (new) batteries in the remote; and is there anything that could be possibly obstructing the signal between the remote and the remote sensor on the TV (e.g. a speaker or soundbar)?
