5 years warranty registration

Hi, please can someone help me to register my new qled tv (bought on 28.02.2023) for the 5years warranty? 

When I click on the 5year warranty logo it takes me to the Samsung appliance 5years warranty registration site where only oven, microwave,  fridge and freezes are listed and no option or list of Tvs to choose from?
