5 year warranty

Anyond got the link to register for the 5 year warranty tried online can't find it thanks

I bought QE50QN90B from HBH Woolacotts in Cornwall last week advertised with cash back and a 5 YEAR WARRANTY... However Samsung say there is no 5 year warranty so who do I need to challenge ? Retailer or Samsung?

If I was you I'd go back to the retailer and ask. If you have proof of this then send it too samsung and show them. I know that now direct from Samsung you don't get the 5 year warranty on that model as mine was sent back for an exchange and they told me it was outwith the time scale but they added it on cause of when I originally purchased it. It did include it

We bought a 55 inch neo Qled and the tv on show had 5 year guarantee but you have to take out a warranty paying for it .
