5 year Warrantee for TV

Please help - I cannot register my TV for the 5 year warrantee on the Samsung website for love nor money! It will only let me register 2022 models. I tried to do it on the phone and spent 35 minutes and was told it would be emailed in 72 hours. I am still waiting 4 days later.

Any ideas? It should be so easy to register.

I'm having same issue, even though https://my-samsung.com/uk/mysamsung/offers/#/KUQ5Z9AV54GU3/ lists my tv model as a valid product it doesn't accept the model number on the form to register.

Having the same issue, i found 2 links to register.

The first doesn't have the TV even though is the specific link given at the descriptions.

The second link has the TV but when I try to put the shop that TV is bought, there is no Samsung

spoke over the phone for 30 mins , they told me that they are gonna send me a text with a link to register the TV and another link with the reference for the call, nothing was send.
