Tv purchased 19/11/20, sound worked for one day, and then nothing. I have done everything that the troubleshooting states and still no sound. The shop will not exchange the TV because when the TV is in the shop the sound works, this has happened twice, but when TV brought home both times, there is still no sound. The shop said all i had to do was connect TV to internet and it will work, but nothing. No sound via sound bar connection, or via DVD player via HDMI cable. Does anyone have any idea or what seems to be the problem, I'm at a loss as to how the TV has sound in the shop and then nothing at home.
