I just found out that the one connect box on my brand new high end tv only connects with 100mbit ethernet?
I found out when trying to use Steam link on the TV, just to experience a stuttering and unplayable game. Did a little research and found out that the available bandwidth was maxed out. On 100mbit.
Please tell my one connect box is broken.
I didn't even know it was possible to buy 100mbit equipment anymore.
At least not i a $5500 high end TV

Sebastianer,
When you get 95Mbps on your device, that device is limited to 100Mbps. If you had a gigabyte device, it will show you the max speed--provided very few people are on the Net in your neighborhood . The new expensive Samsung tv's are now wireless and that is such a shame. I was going to buy a new Samsung but wireless sucks so now I am looking for another brand...unless Samsung changes its tune.
I have a Gigabyte lan (fiber) and have a small 5g wifi point but I really don't want 5g in my house. Too much power at a high freq. is like sticking your head in a microwave, its a bad analogy but you get what I mean. Keep the high speed stuff in the wires! In fact, I wired my house with CAT 7A so I can run 10G in-house which of course will cycle-down to 100Mbps.
To Samsung, NO ANDROID OS, please! Sony has it and I am ready to throw it in the trash.
1) gig on lan (wired) please.
2) keep the samsung OS,
hope they hear me.

Thanks for this post. I was trying to find out how to increase network speed in my Samsung TV (NU7400)
With wifi I get 150Mbps Download and 60Mbps Upload
With wire LAN cable I only get 95Mbps DL / 95Mbps Upload
In Speedtest.net (I have 600/600Mbps at home in Spain).

However, I'm going to leave the ethernet enabled because I want to mimise the network frequencies arround. I have the router (Google WiFi) below the Samsung TV and I use Bluetooth a lot with BT headsets connected to the TV.

Hey I have Q85 and when i try to play movie from NAS (Plex media server) Movie has
72Mbps and movie is laging like hell when i try it to play via ethernet! when i check the speed in my router it goes just 70Mbps and ethernet in one connect box should have 100Mbps so i don´t know why it stops in 70Mbps, when i switch to wifi the movie play smoth. So the problem is not in my NAS or my network.
Do have anyone same problem?

Also shocked. I was trying to play a 4K HDR youtube video and it was buffering like crazy. I have 1Gig Internet directly to the console using Cat 6 ethernet. I had to switch to wireless 5Ghz to get the 4K video. Samsung this TV cost me $4500.00. What is wrong with you guys??
TCL Micro LED's and Vizio OLED are looking really good.

I have been a fan of the brand for many many years, but I have to say this, where the LAN card can only handle a maximum of 100Mbps is literally a ***** joke.
I reported the issue to the online help desk. I gave the tv model, asked if everything was ok with my tv and if they could give me the LAN card bandwidth. I heard that they did not have these data, but they gave me the number to a samsung specialist who visited me after a telephone conversation, said that nothing could be done and charged me for the visit. This ************ could tell me that on the phone. I want a refund for samsung tv

I have not tried this but they make a USB to LAN (1000 MB/s) converter that I use on my laptop, wonder if it would work for Samsung? Cable matters puts it out, search on Amazon. USB needs to be 3.0 or better.
