Hi, I have lost all the channels to my tv - have tried re-tune, re-boot, disconnect, etc, etc...and no joy.

I have tvplus and all the apps and all the other tvs in our house that use the same aerial  are working fine.

Anyone have any ideas please?

Hey @30LEE ,

If you’re missing your channels, it’s likely to be a result of a signal issue. Please try this:

• Check all the connections (aerial and other external devices).
• Check your signal.
• Turn off the TV and remove all the external devices. After 5-10 minutes turn it on and try to retune again.
