49in Frame light leak in corners

Hi, I just received my 49in Frame Tv from John Lewis. The picture quality is brilliant, but when the screen shows a dark scene I get a horrible light leak in 3 corners (top left/right and bottom right)  It's pretty distracting and goes far into the screen.

Is this normal? The one I saw in-store didn't look like that.

I have maybe a little less than that...

Whatever you do... Call John Lewis within 30 days or they won't swap!

Does yours turn the frame on and off reliably? I have on motion sensor and sometimes does not turn on... Sometimes does not turn off...

Nope. To be honest I totally forgot it had that feature at first. I put the sensitivity to max and still nothing. It's a nice feature to have, but I rather just have a nice overall picture. I'm going to contact JL today and see what they say. it's a shame because the tv and picture are great. But in dark scenes, it's really distracting.

I have the same issue with my 43in screen The Frame QE43LS03T 2020. This is very unpleasant and uncomfortable. It's a shame for a screen that's supposed to be high end. I would not recommend it, definitly.
