Whenever I set the resolution to 4k and activate the tv's game mode, the problem occurs, though if I turn the resolution down to 1080p on the xbox with game mode, the problem no longer occurs. 4k resolution works but only when the game mode is off. I am using an ultra high speed hdmi cable so the cable is definitely not the problem. Does anyone know how to help?
