TVSo frustrated! Installed my new 65” 2021 The Frame earlier today. It’s now frozen on the Auto Startup scree. I tried unplugging, holding power control button set for 30 seconds and waiting an additional 10 minutes before reconnecting power and again using the control on the machine to turn it on- goes right back to frozen auto startup screen.
Expert in the chat said I need to get a replacement! Seriously? There has to be a quick fix. Help please.
