Very strange problem recently we experienced (still unresolved). Apple TV 4K and older model Apple TV both would not keep a solid picture on the new QN800A (65") display regardless of the input on the One Connect Box. Shows image and then blanks out and reconnects every 2-3 seconds. Have performed updates on TV and sources, factory defaulted TV and both Apple TV sources, changed out HDMI cables, made resolution setting changes on both devices, and power cycled all devices multiple times. We moved Apple TV into another room and hooked up to One Connect Box for 75" model and they work fine. When we plug in any other source (DirecTV receiver, laptop, etc) the picture is solid. Any suggestions?
