Can watch BBC iplayer most nights but now and again picture size is a quarter, but full size picture. BBC have told me this model is not certified for BBC iplayer so they won`t help. TV is a new 2020 model with i player app built in.
i’ve noticed on my 65inch samsung crystal Tv in settings the fit to screen function is unavailable and i found this very bizzar! have you tried your picture settings ?
