Has anyone managed to get Alexa working as the voice control on their tv?
I have a Tu8000 and can choose Bixby, Alexa or Google. However after selecting Alexa and going through the setup nothing happens when holding down the mic button.
Bixby works fine, haven't tried Google.
Just can't seem to suss it.
Another thing, what is the point of being able to set up my Sony sound bar with the universal remote if it can't even control it.
In the setup it asks how its connected, which is optical. It then asks to turn it off with the remote, which it does.
After that it has no function, remote does nothing when the sound bar is on except control the TV.
In the universal remote options the sound bar is clearly listed, but does nowt.
What's the point?
