I purchased a 65 inch 2020 frame directly from the Samsung website, researched the length of invisible cable from the web site and purchased. To find out in delivery the cable is in fact 10 m shorter than indicated on the webs site. I am unable to locate the frame where was purchased for , hence is still in the box some 6 weeks later.
After multiple calls and emails, nothing I am still waiting call back and currently on hold! I just would like the cable length as indicated on the website or for the unused tv to be collected and refunded due to miss description. There seems no way to get a response from customer services.
