2020 55” Smart TV apps / catch up buffering

Hi all,

My first post and I need your help or advice please. 

Ive seen a couple of posts about issues with Netflix and catch up tv such as ITV and 4. We’ve got the same. Everything was fine, then the other week the apps all run slow. Odd times they work but most of the time they are buffering!! I’ve tried all the fixes (shared on previous posts), and from being on the phone for over half an hr. It has the latest software, restarted from factory settings, restarted hub, rerun and tested connection and still no joy. Speed test of wifi where tv is 20mbps so should be no issue with wifi. All other TVs, phones tablets etc all work fine. Just this TV! Please help....... many thanks.
