Hi folks
Have a new 43" 2020 Frame. Been up literally 3 days and has done this since day 1.
Night mode seems to work, where during dark hours, the light off will tell the TV to turn off.
However during lighter hours, the TV is remaining on Art mode all day.
I have motions set to low & the time at 5mins yet it never turns off.
I have tried:
Turning Nightmode off - made no difference
Looking for updates - Currently 1304 & now I cant access the update page of the menu
Resetting Art modes settings to default
Turning the sound sensor off
Covering the motion sensor completely (to rule out movement outside the windows of the room which the TV cannot see anyway unless its scanning 80-90 degrees and over 6m) - This is the most worrying thing for me. Was a totally blinded sensor & sound sensor off, it still did not turn off.
For the price of these TV's, im mega unimpressed.
Also tried to get Samsung support, only to be told there arnt any.
Any ideas ?
