I have a QE55Q70RATXXU 2019 series Qled TV. Ever since the firmware was updated to 1361, I got a message similar to the image below and my Yamaha SB stops working via HDMI Arc. Changed cables, factory reset with no success. Tried the 10 minute disconnect and power down, no success. SB works fine on other TVs.
Logged a support call with Samsung and the main board for replaced . Firmware was updated to 1361 and the SB worked perfectly for a day and then the same issue recurred.
Is anyone else experiencing this issue. I'm loathed to fork out for a new SB to find out that it has the same issue.
