2018 tv forgetting hdmi inputs - reverting back to unknown

My tv forgets the hdmi inputs and always resorts back to unknown. I have to go through the whole process to redefine the input everytime.

i would contact samsung if you have insurance on tv then samsung will put it right i always take out insurance on my TVs i have had

I bought it from a well known company that has a standard 5 year warranty on its televisions. Think I should contact them?

Hi,
the company you bought it from u should contact them and on the Samsung website it will list how many years they have tv warranty for. U can also contact them if u have warranty left.
