2 Controlers on the Ultra Intelligent NEW Frame TV all that functionality and poor usability understanding

Why are there 2 controllers with my NEW FRAME 32 inch TV???  So I wanted the User Guide EPG.  On hold controller button GUIDE.  First controller looks like OLD has a button List just lists channels.  The smaller new black controller if I press one of the un-labelled buttons - yipee it gives me the EPG.  I have downloaded the E-manually not that easy to find things.  I just which there was a good User Guide with pictures.  (As an ex-engineer - A Picture is worth a Thousand Words).  If there was good User Guide in good PDF I would download that.  Maybe on You Tube are good videos showing how this all is used re functions.  Not a brilliant experience so far Samsung.

@grahamm7: I have had a look into this for you, and was able to find a useful picture guide to help you get acquainted with the standard remote and Smart remote that came with your Frame TV. To find out more please take a look at pages 23-27 of the user manual via the link below.

That main controller is just like my older Samsung controller.  Where it says GUIDE it now says Apple service and takes me to that service/app.  The EPG Guide is on the RH black button if I press it down.  Found that by accident.  Maybe if I slowly read the E-manual it might cover this.  But I think the USER guide type documentation is very poor in setting out the functions and how to control them.  Surely SAMSUNG you can do better than this on documenting your wonderful advanced SMART TVs

The main controller is not like hte picture - It doesn't have a Review Button!  This is now a button taking me to Disney+.  Why are there two controllers anyway?  Why not just one?  What does the Smart Controller do?  I found the EPG on the sort of left button on the Smart controller by accident.  There are no legends on the Smart Controller.  Maybe you need to be smart to use it - I am obviously not smart enough for this Smart TV and its new Smart controller.  I still haven't found the Red Button function.  I accept Teletext aka BBC changes and Samsung Smart functioning is gone.  However the Red button is supposed to take me to some BBC services.  I have tried pressing it when on BBC channel or on BBC iplayer.  Can't seem to get any response from it.   I will read through the E-manual but feel the documentation on how to use and control this New 2022 smart TV is poor
