TVI am looking for a confirmation around the 5 year Warranty that is currently available on selected TV's but am unable to register this on the website. Having spoken to the support team over the phone, I have been given contradicting information where some advisors confirmed that the warranty applies even when buying through the online direct website and when I've made the purchase and go to register it, I am being told that this is not the case!?
Can you confirm otherwise this purchase will be on its way for a refund.
