@ElinH it was super easy to make too! The recipe is from Tine (Tine tacopai if you want to search and try it.) I omitted the 1 deciliter of basil though. I think that would have been a too much. I added a minced garlic clove and a dash of spisskummen. I also used a one red and one green bell pepper because, Christmas 😊 Topped with cheddar to give it more of the Tex-Mex spirit. We all had a second helping 😁
