For this you need to go to the supplier. You have a purchase agreement with them.

Hi @Worklaf, @Dick is right. In this case you should contact your seller/supplier. You can discuss your wants/requirements with the seller/supplier. What we could do for you, is a repair. However, you need to bring the tv to the Netherlands before we can send a technician for an In Home repair (or Pick up service). Otherwise you should contact our colleagues in Poland.
