The matrix in the TV does not work, a replacement is needed

Tell me if it is possible to get a discount or exchange your non-working TV (the matrix does not work, you need a replacement) samsung 4k ultra hd tv ue43nu7090u. It was purchased in June 2020 (from March 2022 to December 2024 it was not in operation). I want to know what can be done with it now (the TV is located in Poland)

For this you need to go to the supplier. You have a purchase agreement with them.

Hi @Worklaf, @Dick is right. In this case you should contact your seller/supplier. You can discuss your wants/requirements with the seller/supplier. What we could do for you, is a repair. However, you need to bring the tv to the Netherlands before we can send a technician for an In Home repair (or Pick up service). Otherwise you should contact our colleagues in Poland.
