HI, not sure wether this is a pure NL or international community, so will state my situation in English. OK to respond in Dutch!

Yesterday I installed my new 2020 75 inch the Frame and got myself an Art Studio subscription.  Software version 1112

I scrolled through the catalog and tried several full screen versions of the pictures as well as slide shows.

I noticed that after a while I could not get any new pictures to full screen mode anynore. Also in some collections where I had already looked at a few pictures full screen, only those I could view before would show in slide show mode - not the rest in the collection..

I could not find any reset mode for a possible memory limit  (?) and decided to shut down the TV. After power on again I could again view new pictures full screen, until .... after a while I could not again.

Power off/on or power disconnect / connect does not help anymore.

Anyone experienced this as well? Any solutions to this problem. Thanks in advance!  Roel

Hi @RoelTheFrame,

Welcome to the Community and congratulations with your new TV!

Did you try resetting the TV already? https://www.samsung.com/nl/support/tv-audio-video/hoe-reset-ik-mijn-tv/

Thanks Bruce,

resetting the TV seems to work - I can now open art studio pictures full screen again. Will check tomorrow with a slideshow of a large collection to see if/ when there may be a possible limit to the amount of pictures.

I do have a new question however, since the reset triggered me to retrieve my earlier picture settings again - but cannot find the settings icon anymore. .... gremlins?  I used to find it via the home button and next scroll to the far left , but it is not there anymore.

And a quick update - after disconnecting the mains for a while .... the settings wheel reappeared in the smart hub menu ... Gremlin is gone.

Now , .... I just do not dare to upload 20 of my own pictures again  .... since that was when just after the upload I could not get anything new full screen anymore.

Thanks Bruce so far. I am happy again and ok to be a tester for the 2020 75" in the future.

Wanted to change some settings again - e.g. brightness, but ... now the settings icon Has disappeared - via home and scrolling to the left!?

Glad it's working again. If the issue reoccurs, let me know.
