Soundbar s800b doesn't connect via WiFi

Hi there, I have a question. We've bought a Samsung 55s95d oled TV and a samaung s800b ultra slim soundbar. I've been told that these devices can connect via WiFi, and the Qsymphony will work using that connecting.

Both devices have been added in the smartthings app.

I tried several times to connect the devices, but they will only connect using the Bluetooth (that doesn't support Qsympony for example).

The software is up-to-date on both devices.

Is this a common problem? Does anyone has a solution?

Gebruik je toevallig een DFS (Dynamic Frequency Selection) kanaal in je router?
Want dan lukt het niet. Dat zijn kanalen boven kanaal 48 in de 5 GHz band.

Het probleem is nog niet opgelost, maar het vorige bericht heb ik ook even gemist. Ik ga vanavond even kijken.

De kanalen boven de 48 uitschakelen was inderdaad helpend. De Q symphony werkt nu via de WiFi!
