I have a problem with the Smart Hub in my TV:
Network checked and OK
Software updated and OK
Smart Hub rested
Smart Hub conexion autodiagnosys ERR08007 - Contact your tech service
Can't download/use apps since Thursday (at least)

That's alright, I just said it to let you know we're on the Dutch community. Some people have their interface language on English and don't realize they can speak Dutch here, that's why :smileywink: The new desktop layout makes it indeed a bit harder to connect to another language community.
I understand your Smart Hub has been working again as of this morning?

You don't have to worry about that. Samsung works hard every day to protect consumers' privacy. They continually monitor for any security risks across their Smart TV platforms and if they find one, they promptly address it.
