I bought my QLED TV from MediaMarkt last month and unfortunately, the packaging box went back with the delivery guys on the very same day. I registered my television on the Samsung website with the above-mentioned registration code but discovered that the 'streepjescode' needed in order for me to get my money back from Samsung was on the packaging box which I unfortunately, did not have. I called MediaMarkt to see if I will get another streepjescode but it’s becoming more and more difficult now. What was supposed to be a happy moment with my QLED TV is slowly turning into a nightmare so I decided to write personally to you to see if you can help me. What else can I do short of driving to your offices with the TV so that you can see that I am the owner of the TV?
If you could assist me and ensure that I get my 600 euros cashback, that would be greatly appreciated.

Can you help me? I am contacting CS Samsung and awaiting 3 months now for Refund 500 Eur Black Friday Samsung Q800T 8k tv 65 inch.
I have contacted CS Samsung in Netherlands but every time they say you have to be patience your request is in progess. After waiting so many times I am tired of calling each time and waiting with no further progress. Therfore I hope you can escalate it internally so I will get my refund back.
