Game mode keeps switching

I have a huge complaint about the Samsung 55" QD-OLED S95F 4K (2025).

I only use my PS5 on this TV, so I always have the "game mode" setting enabled. I only use the "custom 1" and sometimes "custom 2" settings under the "game genre" setting.

I've personally tuned these to perfectly match my preferences for competitive use and relaxed use/watching videos and movies.

My complaint is that the TV frequently switches the "game genre" out of the blue. Sometimes to "standard", sometimes to "RPG", sometimes to "sports", and so on. This happens every day out of nowhere. This is incredibly annoying, and there's currently no way to turn it off.

I've made sure that the game mode is set to "on" and not "auto". Also i made sure to turn off any and all AI options, including the "ai mode settings" 

I see a LOT of other people complaining about this exact problem online (i will link a few). An update urgently needs to be released to fix this. I'm currently seriously considering returning my TV for an other brand because I'm getting fed up with constantly having to change my settings every few hours.

Yes i would love a samsung employe to connect to my tv and fix the problem remotely. How do i plan this in?
