Hi,
I have a Samsung TV #QE65Q80R (2020) and a Samsung soundbar #HW-Q70
These are connected via HDMI both sides in the ARC port.
When using the netflix app or a TV connected Xbox Series X I'm unable to select Dolby Digital+ in the audio settings of the TV.
While when connecting the Xbox directly to the soundbar, I am able to use Dolby Atmos or DTS:X
When using Netflix on the xbox while directly connected to the soundbar I also get Dolby Atmos noted next to the title.
When using Netflix on the TV, I only get 5.1 when TV audio settings are set to Dolby Digital, or Spacial Audio when set to PCM.
I don't see anyware any sort of passthru option in the TV.
How can I make full use of the soundbar when using apps on the tv or from devices are connected to the TV?
