Work profile - Not wanted

Does anyone know why work profiles are being mandated on Samsung products and how to stop them?

My daughter uses Google drive and Google classroom on her tab s6 using the schools email address/login. Samsung now forces the school login to install and use the work profile, however the work profile doesn't work, fails and just says "Contact your admin".

The school hasn't enforced the work profile requirement and I just can't load classroom or drive without it forcing the installation.

Any thoughts from you clever people?

Hi, it's Google that insists that a work profile has to be created if you want to use Google Classroom. The error you have suggests that you have not set up the profile correctly. THis is a link to a page which describes how to set up Google Classroom and how to correct the error message you are seeing Classroom App (franklin.ac.uk)
