WIFI NO INTERNET

Just bought Tab A. Keeps ceasing up. Message WiFi connected no Internet. Same on other routers. Any fixes?

Hi @PHILIP21. Can you try connecting in Safe Mode? To activate this, restart the Tab but whilst it's powering up, keep the 'Volume Down' button held until you reach the home screen. If done correctly, Safe Mode will be displayed in the bottom left corner.
