Weird overlay Bug - Galaxy Tab S6 lite

Hello, 

i have this weird bug where parts of al kinds of apps are still being displayed even after i force close them or restart the device. It wont show on screenshots, so i took a picture with my phone.  

I think the Problem started when i created a second account for Uni. 

The overlapping parts go away after a while of using the tablet (they overlap everything, even other apps), but are still really annoying. Maybe someone can help. (Android 11, One UI 3.1)

Been having the same issue. I thought the issue would be fixed after some updates but it has stayed. I thought it was screen burning but then ruled it out entirely because it comes and goes and the overlay is from different apps every time. It's really bothersome sometimes.
