From a long time ago, my tablet's headphone jack didn't work. Unless it's at a very specific angle, it sounds far away and underwater. I didn't bother with it too much as i have wireless headphones.
Recently, they died so i used some regular headphones for a while. One night i forgot to unplug them and due to them constantly half disconnecting and reconnecting, the tablet stayed on all night without me noticing.
I woke up the next day and my tablet was burning hot and on. I unplugged the headphones immediately and let it cool off. Ever since then, i can open it fine but after 30 seconds or so the tablet locks itself unprompted, regardless if i'm doing something or not. I think the circuitry might be damaged although i'm not sure if this is the case. any suggestions?
