Tablet as phone

I've just received my new galaxy S7+ and love it, I'm trying to set it up to make phone calls from but so far I've been unsuccessful, can anyone help?  If it helps I don't  have a Samsung phone I have an oppo.

you wont be able to make calls from your tablet unless you have a samsung phone unfortunately.

Should have got a fold 2 mate I had a oppo a9 2020 I haven't looked back
I haven't really used my ipad or my I mac now I just love this phone

I have the A9 and love it, I've just checked and my contract runs until December, so I'm stuck with it.

I still owe on the oppo but used the sim in it for the fold 2

@RoAmbrose: This will only be possible if you purchased the 5G variant of the Tab S7+, I'm afraid. If you do have the 5G variant, please insert a compatible nano SIM into the SIM slot, and you should be good to go.
