Tab s8 ultra screen timeout is not working

My screen timeout is set to 5 min, but after my last update my screen stopped turning off. I tried restaring and resetting, but my tablet will be on the whole night unless I turn it off. Can someone help please?

Can you first check if you have developer mode activated and if so is the "stay awake" option on. If not have you tried setting the screen timeout to its lowest setting and see what happens.

Thanks, I tried it with the lowest settings it worked. I am not sure why it keeps my tablet up the whole night when it is set to 5 min tho.
