Hello,
I ordered my tab s8 ultra on the 13th, paid To be delivered on the 25th before 10.30am. Had two different texts first saying it'll now be delivered 13th March then another saying be the 14th March. My order status hasn't changed to anything other than ordered. I did a live chat and they said it's in the warehouse being prepared. Which appears nonsense. This is the first time I have had any issues ordering from Samsung. Who do I ring ?? This is terrible service. Thanks.

They're available Monday to Sunday 8am while 10pm.

I feel your pain. I ordered mine on 10th January and bei ng told I "should" get it around 18th March but wait for text updates.
The other annoying bit is that we cant orer the "free" keyboard until you have the actual tablets individual ID which means another month wait after getting a work useable table.
Why do they keep doing this ? it weas the same when I ordered my Tab s7+ but stupidly thought it wouldnt happen again.
Hope you get your new tablet soon and post how you find it !!

How did you managed to order the tablet on "10th of January" ..!!
when the Samsung Unpacked 2022 event was on 9th of February ..!! 🤔🙄
