Tab s7 question about S-Pen input

Hey, I have a very specific question regarding pen and touch input before dropping £800.

I'm a creative professional and use art apps on my Tab s4 -  something that i've noticed is that when the S-pen was against the screen, no buttons could be pressed with my finger... Can anyone confirm that this has changed with the Tab s7 or s7+?

Specifically can I press or hold buttons with one hand, while acively drawing/sculpting with the other hand?

I don't know about the tab s7 but I have the note 20 which uses alot of the same technologies and you cannot press with fingers and tab with the s pen simultaneously on that so I would assume its the same with the tab s7
