When I use shift + 6 to get a question mark my keyboard case provides a ^ instead. I also get an @ instead of quotation marks when using shift + 2 even though shift + 1 gives an !. How do I chose which symbol I get with this shortcut as each key appears to have multiple and how do I get a question mark^

Thanks in advance!

it's the same issue with the tab s7 plus keyboard case most of the symbol keys are all mixed up so i usually use the onscrean keyboard at the same time and im also in canada and bought mine from samsung canada. i dont know if they even realize there is an issue with this or if they're even able to come up with a correction or solution for the issue
