Hi, I have a boxed Tab S5e with a black Samsung USB 'C' to headphone jack adaptor. I've searched everywhere for an answer to this question:
Does the Samsung S5e usb headphones adaptor require and incorporate a DAC chip? Is the jack socket 4 pole for earbuds/headphones and mic, or 3 pole just for headphones? You can damage some of these 3.5mm sockets using the the wrong jacks.
