Tab S 10 Ultra Dex doesn't show on external display.

Hi, I am pretty frustrated right now as my brand new Tab S 10 ULTRA does not show on a Samsung UHD tv via usb c docking station. Regardless if Dex or screen mirror. With my S 24 plus and older tab S7 it all works fine. Just not the S 10 ULTRA. Does anybody have any idea why?

Too bad it was just a thought of mine. Would have liked to help. If I have an idea, I'll get in touch.

Found a solution. A new usb c dock solved it.

I'm having the same problem with a usb c to hdmi cable.  What dock did you purchase?  Where you able to get to 4K 60Hz?  Thank you.

Hi @jmyers25. The brand is ICYBOX, model I don't know but I do get 4k 60Hz with the "I Love DEX" expansion/app.
