So i got the tab a7 a new one with it s cover but it wont sleep\wake after i close or open the cover
I downloaded a sensor test app it says that the proximity sensor is not working i dont know why it s a new tab maybe there is asetting to change or how to enable it
No, you cannot fix a dodgy sensor, ask for a replacement tablet from whoever you bought it from. However, the Members app has the official Samsung device tests in it. Don't rely on third party apps that may report problems that do not exist
