I have contacted Samsung by phone , but the girl did not understand, just told me to turn up the brightness. 

Its still under warranty, just really know where to send it back!,, i can't find any info about that on Samsung's website.

It needs to be returned to whomever you purchased it from.

Thanks for the reply. Yes, it does, but purchased direct from Samsung's website.  and i cannot find anywhere on the website the return address!
